"Customize Outlook Today" button does not work when clicked, why?

I've just obtained a new laptop w/Windows XP and Office 2000. After setting
up Outlook, I went to customize the Outlook Today screen. For some reason,
Outlook does not respond when I click the "Customize Outlook" button. How do
I fix this?
 
thats now standard a security matter.

A work around is sent to your Email personally
