Customize Outlook 2003 view during installation.

I'm wondering if it is possible to customize the view options that Outlook
uses via the .MST and the Customization wizard tool for Outlook 2003.

I wish to have
View --> Reading Pane --> Bottom
as well as
View--> Arrange By --> Date

These are not the default view that are applied when you install Outlook.
Just wondering if these changes need too be made in the registry, or if there
are certain values I can add in the Custom Install Wizard. (And hopefully
where I can find them!)
