Customize keyboard to allow one key to lock my computer?

Is there a way I can customize a key to lock my computer? It is tedious
to hit ctrl-alt-del and then click the lock computer button (or hit the k
key).

Winkey+L doesn't work for you?
(press the Windows Key, between the left CRTL and ALT keys, and while
pressing it, press L).
