Customising view

Outlook 2002

I am having trouble locating threads to which I have contributed. I thought
to sort under the "From" field, but this just sorts by the sender of the
first message in the thread. Perhaps if I can find a way to expand all the
trees before sorting then this would still work. But I cannot work out how
to expand all the trees (apart from individually clicking on the "+" symbol
by each tree, which is not really practical).

Help? Perhaps a different approach altogether?

Hi Sue

There is no option on my machine under "View" to "Expand/Collapse Groups".

There is just an "Expand" and a "Collapse" option, but these options appear
to apply only to the active thread. If the thread is expanded already then
"Expand" is greyed out. If it is "Collapsed" already then "Collapse" is
greyed out. If there are no threads selected then both are greyed out. If
I try to select all threads by hitting Control+A then all threads are indeed
selected but the Expand/Collapse options remain greyed out.
