Customising the Ribbon

Does anyone know if it is possible to customise the Ribbon with 2 or more
Tabs. The only informaton I can find only describes how to add one tab.
 
In the infromation you've found it is possible to create one tab right? Can't
you repeat that process by adding another taboption?

It depends on how you would like to add or customize your ribbon but I found
the steps from www.accessribbon.com useful to create my own ribbons with
storing XML data within the database.
