Customise From field

Sorry about this, being a bit of a Nimrod. Did this once before some years
ago but forgotten how:

How do you customise the name that appears in the "From" field of (a)
messages sent to newsgroups and (b) messages sent by email.

Using Outlook 2002

Newsgroups are accessed by a newsreader, like Outlook Express. Modify the
appropriate fields in your news account properties (Tools>Accounts). The
same applies for mail account properties in Outlook. Modify the appropriate
fields of your account properties (Tools>E-mail Accounts>Next. Select the
account, click Change).
