custom validation

HI! HOW ARE YOU??? TERRRRRRIFFFFFIC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Now solve my problem before i get fired:

2 textboxes on a page.
Name and company

If the guy fills in his name, he MUST also fill in his company.

Other wise, no validation is necessary.

I have not tried your code yet.
I have been put in charge of cleaning the ashtrays.
