custom Taskbar toolbars dissapear

When i creat a toolbar on my task bar it work fine. but
when i reboot it dissapears and a search the web toolbar
is in its place. i can turn this toolbar off but it comes
back when i reboot. how do i get rid of this and keep the
taskbars i create where i want them. also in my internet
explorer the is a "Main Links" beside the "Help". i would
also like to get rid of this. The "Main Links" does not
seem to be part of the toolbars?

Ok several Q. the answers----1st "Main Links"---right
click on the toolbar,click custom,on the right colume
highlite "Main Links" then click the remove button(sends
it to the left side box so if you want it later.)Search
the web toolbar(sounds like spyware to me)!try add/remove
programs,look for the name of the toolbar,if you cant
find it go to www.download.com and look for As Aware
(it's free) get it check for updates run it and delete
the spyware,hopefully the junk toolbars too.

Thanks for the help but this did not work
 
You have to remove the Windows SA entery in Add/Remove
progrmas. then restart the computer it also removes the
Main Links.
