Custom Signature

I've posed this question a number of ways and cannot get an answer... I've
scanned my signature to a jpg file on my desktop. I then go to tools... mail
format, then signatures. From this point I do not know how to proceed. I've
read replies suggesting "inline HTML" and referrals other things but no
instructions. Hoping for help.

From the edit signature area, Click the "Advanced Edit" button - takes me to
Word, where you can paste in the image...
