custom shellview not as nse

Hi I am trying to creaate a custom view of windows explorer fileview, can
reproduce it as a nse, but how do i ad an extra menu to the view menu. which
activate my own created ishellview. cant find out if it needs to be
registeret in the reg database or ????.. summary the form i have works for
creating what i want as a nse, how do i get windows explorer to use it based
on the view menu or a shift doubleclick the folder in C#

Namespace Extension, a type of Windows Shell extension. You shouldn't
implement those in managed code.

well it works fine in c# managed the problem is to activate it from explorer
if it is not an namespace extension which have a rooting
