Custom rules

I am trying to set up a rule to move sent emails to a specific contact to a
folder set up for that contact. I can find "Move and copy" but not just move.
I tried to add "Perform a custom action" but there are no available custm
actions when I access the setting. How do I simply move an email without
leaving a copy?

First, turn off the option to save sent messages in the Sent Items folder.
Then, use the "move a copy" rule for each of your accounts. Use that rule
to move the sent messages to the folders you want.
