Custom picture sizes

Recently i had bad virus infect my xp pro and had to have a total
restore,in the process i lost a few programs,The one i miss most was a
photo program where you could do a custom size on your pictures and
print it direct from it.
I think it was an Adobe program but not sure,does any one here know
of a free one i can use .

Ok i found it adobe photoshop 3 does all i want thanks any way .

I'm intrigued! "Adobe Photoshop 3" (do you mean Photoshop
Elements?) is free? I got PE3 as a relatively cheap upgrade to
the Original Photoshop Elements that I did get for free.
