I need to format my excel files for printing on 11x17
paper however this is not an option in my page setup box.
How can I prepare my file for this print job?

Thanks!

Are you sure you have access to a printer that will print that size paper?,
and have the proper drivers installed?......usually when both those
conditions are true, the option appears available in your printer setup
properties screen........

My printer cannot print with 11x17 paper, but I want to
get everything all formatted and ready so that the file is
ready to print when I get to the printer that does. I
won't be able to spend time fiddling with it when I get
there. Any suggestions?

Not quite sure, but if you install the drivers for any 11x17 printer and choose
that printer in the Print... dialog you will be able to preview your work.

I find it rather perplexing. In MS Word, one can just go to page setup and choose A3 (420x297mm) or custom options, etc eventhough the printer installed does not support A3 printing.

But in MS Excel the choices are limited to just A4, letter, legal, B5 and one or two others, but no A3 and custom. After doing a big work sheet i want to format it to A3 to see how it looks, but i can't because A3 and custom are not available under page setup/papaer size. I am using excel 2000. Any help? TIA
