Custom Menubar PROBLEM

I set up a custom menu bar to test out something I read in a book.
However, I disabled the options that would let me "undo" the custom
toolbar. Now, I"m stuck. I have no idea how to make the default
toolbars come up again. Any ideas/suggestions are greatly
appreciated. I'm very new to all this.
 
In the Database go to Tools>Startup and check all boxes that refer to menu
bars. There are 4 check boxes. AND -- select from the menubar dropdowns
(there are 2 of them) the *default* option.
That will restore your menubars.
