custom layout

Im using Microsoft Outlook 2003 and was wondering if
anyone knew how to :
Create Form (Layout) - Use as default; Switch Layouts
like ACT!; Create Tabs - User Fields, Alt Contacts,
Status, etc.
Added Field - How to show up for ALL contacts
