Custom Form: Contact with Activities info

Newbie here.

I want to create a form where the top part includes fields for a contacts
and the bottom part shows activities related to that contact. I can see that
the Contact default form has a tab for "Activities", how then can I create
my custom form where the activity info is not on a separate tab but it is in
the same tab as the contact info?

In oder words, how can I insert into a custom for the "Activities" control?

It is not possible to duplicate the full functionality of the Activities tab
on another page. The closest you can come is adding the Outlook View Control
to a page, but it can show data from just one folder at a time and you'd
have to build your own filters.
