Hi

Is there a way I can load custom created calendar days to calendar that was
created under public folders on Exchange 2000/2003.

If the information is in a format that Outlook can import, import it to a
folder in your mailbox, then move the items to the public folder.

Hi Sue

Thanks for your reply. I wrote my Q in rush yesterday.

What i want to do is to load custom holidays to my calendars that are
created in custom.hol file. I tried loading custom.hol to my own calendar and
than i exported it to csv file, but i couldn't load it to a calendar that is
under Public Folders (Exchange 2000), because it doesn't exist as an option
(I have administrative rights on network)

You'd need to use the procedure I suggested earlier.

I know about copy/paste technique, but in this case it would take at least a
week to do it and here's why.

We have about 40 calendars in public folders and I need to put same holidays
to each calendar. These are not actually holidays, but 6-day cycle school day
numbers (reoccuring wouldn't work, at least i don't know how to set it up).
To clarify this six day cycle:

Mon -> Day 1
Tue -> Day 2
Wed -> Day 3
Thu -> Day 4
Fri -> Day 5
Mon -> Day 6
Tue -> Day 1
ect...

I'd need these headings for each day of school (approximately 200 days).

Any other suggestion?

Thanks

The alternative is to write your own VBA code to perform a similar operation
or create event items in each calendar with the desired headings.
