Do I have to redirect the
"res://C:\Program Files\Microsoft
Office\Office\1033\outlwvw.dll/outlook4.htm"
page or can I use something
from exchange 2000 / active directory to get into it?

How do I add custom content across the network to Outlook Today?

Go to Microsoft's Knowledgebase and search for "Customize Outlook Today" for
articles on what you can do.
 
Thanks, Brian. I have done such and grew weary. What I have stumbled upon
are some articles and examples that involve editing the registry...

Seems a little archaic for an htm file?
