Cursor/Pointer disappearing

Help,

As of a few weeks ago my pointer has started to disappear. I come back to
my computer and the pointer is gone. I can still move my mouse around
and/or select items by using the tab key. However it seems that I need to
reboot the computer to get my pointer back.

I am running Windows XP Pro and keep it updated.

Any ideas???

Have you updated your mouse driver?
