Currency changes when merging to Word

In the Table under Data type, changed field to "Currency"......
Format is Currency with Decimal Places 2....
When I merge to Word....if there is a "0" at the end it doesn't show.
Such as 2.60, shows as 2.6.......What am I doing wrong? I have Access 2002.

Try using a query as source for the merge and format the query field.
