Ok, I just recently reloaded windows onto my computer. My Hard drive went
down and I just got a new one. I was in the process of putting my programs
back on and ran into an issue with one of the programs. The program is
called stibbar, it is a rabbit raising management software. I contacted the
publisher and got the latest version available and installed it on my
computer. When I try to run the program an error message pops up saying that
stibbarw.exe has encountered a problem and needs to be closed. When looking
in the details on the errorit says the error is in kernal32.dll. Are there
any suggestions out there on what I can do to attempt to get this program to
run? I am currently running Windows xp home edition and I do have the
service pack 2. Any help would be appreciated

Tried right-clicking on the shortcut to run the program and looking under
the "Compatibility" tab - run it in an earlier version of Windows "mode"?

Lets start by running MSCONFIG from the run menu.
Tick the check mark next to diagnostic mode. Tab to service and un tick
everything buy the installer.
Rebbot the system and install the software.
Run MSVCONFIG again and put it back into normal mode.
All should be well.
