ctrl alt delete - task manager short cut

when ever ctrl alt delete - task manager short cut - is
used - in main admin rights account - it only displays
small box with internet connection. am not on the
internet at the time. Also have another limited account
on same system and ctrl alt delete - task manager short
cut - works O.K !!!!

Dbl click on the border of the "small box".

You double-clicked on the border originally. It's a toggle - try it.
