Ctrl + Alt + Delete, pops up and then closes :S

I've got this wierd problem, whenever I press
Ctrl+Alt+Delete, the window pops up for a second and then
closes, this happens with: msconfig and regedit too. So
what do I need to do to fix this, cus it's really anoying
to have to restart your computer everytime a program
hags :(

Update your antivirus software, as this is a sign of infection by the Klez
