Ctrl-Alt-Delete results in a Task Manager window that immediately
fails to respond. To close it, I must end the program and Dr. Watson
wants to send the error to Microsoft. However, I can successfully
open the Task Manager by directly running taskmgr.exe from either
c:\windows\system32 and c:\windows\system32\dllcache. Any advice on
how to fix my three-finger-salute?
