Does anyone know why this key combo would tunr the whole window on it's side?
And if so, how to disable it?

Check the advanced options in your display porperties. It is a function of
your video driver.

What video card do you have? What monitor do you have? It's possible
it is a setting of your video card software, or if you have a
rotatable monitor, it could be a setting in it's software.

It was not on my PC. But thanks for the info...with that lead, I did some
more research and ended up contacted the user back saying that this would be
just a function built purposely for the video card, all video cards have
this, but not all commands are the same.
ex: some might use ctrl+alt+R to rotate the screen to the right, versus
another that uses might use ctrl+alt+right arrow.

I appreciate your responses.
Take care,
Jim Shorts :)

Not all video cards / drivers have the capability to rotate the screen.
