When I log on to my account an error message saying cannot load cthelper.mfc
How do I get rid of this?

Why do you not want to repair the problem instead?

If you type cthelper in Google, you will see that it is part of your sound
blaster software.

Reinstall the software to repair the condition.

Most users of Creative sound cards have found cthelper of little or no
use and prevent it from starting. You can use msconfig to find how it is
loading and either use msconfig to prevent loading or edit the registry
with regedit.

If you want to keep the file, find out why it can't be loaded. Is the
file missing, corrupt, or is there some other problem?
