CTF Loader

I'm having trouble with an error message that keeps popping up anytime I use my computer. The error message reads "CTF Loader has experienced problems and needs to close immediately". Then below that message is another asking if you'd like to inform Microsoft of the problem by sending an error report. I have sent the error report many times and still am having the error message pop up. Any suggestions.
