Hello,
In Excel (Office 2001 / Macintosh), .csv files are recognized as a file
format that can be opened by Excel (i.e. gets listed when the parameter
is "all readable documents"). I have found that this seems not to be the
case in Excel (Office X). In order to open a .csv file in Excel X, I
must change the parameter to "all documents." This is a significant
time-loss problem for me.
Perhaps I have something not set up correctly, or MS has introduced a
problem with this latest release of Excel. I would like to know if
others have the same experience, and if anyone has identified a solution.
Thanks.
