csv drops decimal places

I convert excel to csv to load into another application (the application only
accepts csv files). It seems the save as csv process rounds or truncates
values to 9 decimal places. Is there a setting I can change that will give me
more decimals?
 
csv outputs to what the format is on the screen..

so if the value of the cell is

5.12345

but the cell is formatted
#0.00

it will only output to the csv
5.12


Change the number format on the worksheet
