I am having a problem with space (over 30 G) being taken up on my hard disk
by a hidden file named CSC, it can only be seen in 'System Information',
which seems to hold the files that have been synchronised 'offline files'.
I have disabled synchronising of offline files but the Csc file is using
over 30 G of my hard disk and I cannot find out how to get rid of the file.

Can someone please help me.

clive,

This NG deals with Windows XP Embedded.
You may want to post your question to microsoft.public.windowsxp.general newsgroup.

Btw, the CSC should be a hidden directory (not a file) under %SystemRoot% (\Windows) and is used by the Synchronization Manager. You
can use Cache Mover tool (Cachemov.exe from W2K Resource Kit) to move the offline files folder.
