crystal reports problem

HI all,
In my project i have used crystal reports (Vs 2003). When i am
running my project in a system with only frame work it was giving error "
Invalid code Keycodev2.dll". Its very urgent. Any body know about this. Any
help in this area will be very help ful for me.Thanks in advance.

Is this an asp.net or a winforms application? If winforms, check your
application prerequisites in the publish section.
