Cryptography in XP - URGENT

I needed to do a new installation of XP and now when I try to open a paste
" criptografada "that is in HD slave is giving the message of denied access. I need to access the files of this paste with urgency.
I didn't export the certificate to recover the paste.

Please who can help me it?

Are you referring to encrypted data?
If that is the case, the data may be gone forever.

If you didn't export the certificate to recover the paste, no one can help
