Crosstab query report

I am trying to build a report off a crosstab query.

The parameters of the query are entered through a form - the form allows the
user to select up to 4 products.
Here are the problems I am running into:
1. When I run the crosstab query (based off a select query), it shows all
the products in the data table instead of only those that are specified in
the form.

2. How do I get the report to list the products as the column headings?
 
Okay, I think I may have successfully created the crosstab query part. But
when I go to the Report Wizard and select the crosstab query to base my
report on, there are no fields that show up in the fields list?
Could anyone let me know what I am doing wrong?
 
I've got the same problem with the report. I have a form that gives a query a
parameter (it's defined where it should be), a crosstab query picks up the
query and does it's thing. Everything looks good, but when I go to send it
into a report, it fails and no fields show.
Any Ideas?
 
Does your criteria value come from a control on an open form?
Do you have your crosstab Column Headings property set?
 
Yes, it does come from an open form. I was unfamiliar with the Column
Headings Propoerty. I simply put in the column headings that were generated
by the crosstab, and it worked like a charm!
