Crossfading a Burned CD

Hi.. Does anyone know how to do something like crossfading on a burned CD?
When I burn a backup copy of a CD that is made to flow from one song to
another... it stops for a second on the playback of the burned CD, between
songs. This kinda messes up the flow.

I know how to do the crossafading function between songs while playing off
of the Media Player... but, please, is there a way to copy that crossfade
action onto a CD, so that it will crossfade on the playback when not playing
on Media Player? Any help would be much appreciated. Thank You.

You can burn crossfades with Nero 6.
