I have a Compaq laptop and had to have a new HD
installed. I had many critical updates to reinstall.
Everything went fine except for two updates.
#819696 and #823980. These showed up as not installed.
I have redownloaded these updates and they still won't
install. I get the message in red that these updAtes did
not install and I'm told to retry. It shows d/l the
updated very rapidly and the after I accept, they are
again shown as not installed.
I need help!
