Hello,

I have windows XP Professional on 2 computers and have
tried to install the above Update. It will not install!!!
I have tried it about a dozen times and it just won't
install. Is there a problem with the update and is it
that critical that I have it? Someone please advise me.
Please respond to me at my e-mail address. Thanks

Try this: Go to C:/windows/system32 and find the file 'catroot2' and
rename it to anything. Reboot, download and install.
