Reboot tapping, Select Safe Mode this time. Go to Add/Remove Programs in Control Panel Select "Service Pack 1" and uninstall it. If the above fail, perform a Repair Installation: http://www3.telus.net/dandemar/repaxp.htm Then install Service Pack 1 this way: http://www3.telus.net/dandemar/spackins.htm
