Critical help

ok when i start up my laptop it said error registery error something and the
backround was blue,my laptop only works in windows safe mode and also i had
alot of problem before that
1.)when i click on start my shortcuts where all gone
2.)when go to wireless network connection properties where wireless network
tab should be is replaced by Authentication
3.)it wont uninstall and install some programs
3.)in the wireless icon it said im connected but when i look in the wireless
network status it said
status: not connected
network:
duaration:0
speed:0
signal strenght:no bars
4.)when i start halo it just closes and it says gathering exception data and
i reinstalled it 5times and stiff does that it worked before

what sould i do my laptop is acting too weird lately

Nope.

I'd rather spend hours researching a question before asking it and
appearing to be a dumbass.

So are you saying it will not boot into normal mode? Reboot the computer,
tap F8 to get the Advanced Options boot menu and try Last Known Good
Configuration. Another option, is from safe mode do a system restore to a
prior date.

As to the other problems the info you have given is too vague to provide
focused troubleshooting. Start with a thorough scan for malware.

Make sure you have a full and complete backup of important data. That
