I have an on line site that I log into for my credit
union. Suddenly, when I log on, it shows a list of my
accounts and when I click on one(checking, savings or
mortgage, it disappears. This is the only site that it
happens to. The Credit union support folks can't help me.
Here is their reply:

"I would suggest that you perform all critical updates
for your web
browser and operating system as recommended by the
manufacturer.
Netscape offers free software updates for Netscape web
browsers from
www.netscape.com. Microsoft offers free software updates
for Internet
Explorer and Windows operating systems from
www.microsoft.com."

I use a tool called adaware to get junk off of my system.
Could I have deleted something by mistake? I was getting
a message "EGNSEngine not found" but no longer.

any help is appreciated.

shouldn't hurt to try. Their answer to me follows:
