How do I create two different table of contents within my manuscript? Ive made one by selecting text for heading 1,2, etc, but now I want to create a second one with different text? Any help is appreciated.

If you mean you want a separate TOC for a different part of the document,
the easiest is to select the part of the document that the TOC will apply
to, then define a bookmark to refer to it. Then create the TOC using the \b
switch:

{ TOC \b MyBookmark }

You'll still need to bookmark the contents to be included and add the \b
switch to the TOC field. See
