Creating rules with OR conditions instead of AND

I want to upgrade from Outlook Express 6 to Outlook 2003 for email, bu
when I imported my rules, they were all converted to AND conditions
and there doesn't seem to be a way to create an OR condition. E.g.,
need to be able to filter on a sender name OR a subject word. Outloo
2003 seems to only allow an AND condition. Is there a solution
 
What type of condition? In many cases, OR in Outlook requires two rules.
