Creating Relative Links in Excel...

I've been tasked to create an Excel spreadsheet listing over 1,000
documents that are being housed on our web server. I'd like to create
relative links so that when they are moved to staging and production,
the links do not break.

Does anyone know how to do this?
 
When you say a 'list', do you mean a list of hyperlinks to the files?
Or do you mean there are links to information in the files
