Creating Outlook Signatures with Active Directory Information?

Hi all,

Is it possible to create a default signature file in Outlook 2003, and then
fill in the user information via active directory fields, when the new email
is created?

So the signature would be:

<name>
<title>
Company Name
Tel 000000000 Fax 0000000000 DDI <000000000000>

I know i few outlook/exchange add-ons can do this, which aren't expensive,
but it would be intresting to know?
