Creating or forwarding emails

I get a message that says a problem has accured with windows mail and it will
now shut down...not much in the way of error messages....any ideas?

Try running the various repair functions in the WMUtil program:
http://www.oehelp.com/WMUtil

If no improvement, which antivirus are you running? Some of them
are not fully compatible with Windows Mail.

An alternate solution is to upgrade to Windows Live Mail:
