I have database that deals with daily information that needs to be put into
a report showing each days info. It needs to look like:

Mon Tues Weds Total
Units Produced 3 4 5 12
Repairs 4 6 4 14

I need for the Units Produced & Repairs descriptions to remain on the left
and the total to remain on the right. Currently the data under Mon, Tues,
Weds is falling on a separate page directly under each other. How can I
have this info go into new columns with out the Units Produced and the
repairs to continue repeating next to each day of the week?

I believe this requires a basic crosstab query. I'm having trouble seeing
your table structure(s) and data.

I thought about doing that, I'll give it a try and see what happens. I'll
keep you posted. Sorry you couldn't see the structure, it looked good when
I typed it.

You never typed your table structure and data. You did provide your expected
display of your report. So you provided a picture of your distination but
not where you currently are.

My table structure is:

Date
Wood Units Produced
Wood Units Not Produced
Vert Units Produced
Vert Units Not Produced
Invoiced
Booked

Basically I need the fields Wood Units - Booked to display on the Left on
the report, and the dates to fill across the top in sequential order with
the corresponding data next to the left hand column description.

ie:
1/11/05 1/12/05 1/13/05
Wood Units
I hope this helps. The crosstab is not working.

"The crosstab is not working" isn't very descriptive. Your table is not
normalized and I personally wouldn't go much further without making some
changes.
Where are you storing "Wood Units - Booked"? Is this in the "Booked" field?
Can you provide some sample records and how you would expect to see them in
the report?

What date range do you expect to see as column headings? Are there different
values you expect to see down the left side?
