creating network

I have 3 computers all running Win Xp Home. I have run the network wizard on
all of them and 1 pc can see the others, but 2 of them cannot see any pc's
including themselves. I have turned off all firewalls to no avail. I have
run the wizard up to 4 times, rebooting after each time. I am at a loss.
Help please. Thank you
 
Except firewall, do you have other security software? can you ping each other?

What firewalls have you "turned off"? Many personal firewalls don't react
properly when turned off. Some must be un installed, completely, using
instructions and utilities provided by the vendor.

We could look at "browstat status" and "ipconfig /all" from each computer, and
diagnose the problem. Read this article, and linked articles, and follow
instructions precisely (download browstat!):
