creating formulas

I need to know how to create a formula for the following
D3 x 38.46 = 153.84
substract 153.84 from E3 (which will = 953.04)
953.04 x 20% will equal my answer

Please help!!!Anyone???

I think the formula should be... =0.2*(E3-D3*38.46)
