Creating Flowcharts within Excel - can this be done???

I have a client who is heavily invested in Excel.

They have a need to create multiple flowcharts on a continuing,
regular basis going forward.

They would prefer to be able to do this within the Excel environment
if possible.

They are hoping for some type of solution that does not require them
to manually assemble & label each ellipse, arrow, etc.

I was wondering if there is an existing method for doing this,
possibly an add-in?

If not, can anyone suggest a 3rd party application (TeamFlow has been
mentioned)?
