Afternoon-
I know this was posted earlier, but maybe two posts will increase the
chances of it being answered!

You know, it's funny that you consider yourself a proficient Office user,
and then you can't figure out how to do one simple thing...

I'm trying to create a form for my office staff that lets them complete a
field. i want to copy that field to other parts of the letter so that the
same value appears.

The form will not be used with a mail merge or anything else. I've tried to
use web forms and the ActiveX controls, but it never lets me create multiple
copies of the same field.

Is this possible? I'm trying to make this as simple as I can...

Many thanks

Have you checked your earlier post to see whether it has been answered?

If I understand you correctly, you might try a bookmark for the
first appearance of the value, then a cross-reference--citing the
bookmark--in each of the subsequent appearances.

(It might be that an ASK field would work for the first appearance,
but I've never been able to make that work properly....)
