If you have an unused license for Outlook 2003 or more recent , you can just install that version under Vista. Or you can download and install Windows Live Mail, which has some support for multiple accounts: http://get.live.com/wlmail/overview By default, Windows Mail can download from more than one email account but puts all the incoming mail into one Inbox.
